1. Payment and Billing: Membership fees are billed on the 1st day of each month. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up-to-date, and they will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

2. No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial monthly membership periods.

3. Contact Before the 1st: Clients who wish to make changes to their membership, including cancellations or adjustments, must contact us before the 1st day of the upcoming month. Failure to contact us before this date will result in the automatic billing of the next month's membership fee.

4. Changes to Membership: Clients can make changes to their membership, including upgrades or downgrades, by contacting us before the 1st day of the upcoming month. Changes made after the 1st will be reflected in the following month's billing cycle.

5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us before the 1st day of the upcoming month. Failure to cancel before this date will result in the automatic billing of the next month's membership fee.
